If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Superchat provides on-device AI products and enterprise solutions, including:

• Genie In The Box: On-device sovereign AI platform
• Work Saathi AI: AI-powered workplace productivity suite
• Gurukul AI: AI-powered education and tutoring platform
• Swasthya AI: AI-powered health education and wellness guide
• Online Demo: Browser-based AI demo running entirely on your device

3. On-Device Processing

Our AI products are designed to process data locally on your device. This means:

• AI models run entirely on your hardware (using WebGPU, WASM, or native execution)
• Your conversations, documents, and data are not transmitted to our servers
• You are responsible for the security of your own device and data
• Performance depends on your device's capabilities (GPU, RAM, storage)

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Not circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell our products without written permission
• Not use our services to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our website

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

All content on our website and in our products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, AI models, and documentation, is the property of Superchat LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our materials without written permission.

5.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create, process, or generate using our on-device AI products. Since processing occurs locally on your device, we have no access to and make no claim over your content.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI products generate responses based on machine learning models. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• AI responses should not be considered as professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice
• Swasthya AI provides health education only, not medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations
• You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content

7. Enterprise Licenses

Enterprise deployments of Superchat products are governed by separate Enterprise License Agreements. Contact our sales team for enterprise pricing and terms. Enterprise licenses include:

• Custom deployment options (on-premise, air-gapped, hybrid)
• Service level agreements (SLAs)
• Priority support and maintenance
• Custom model training and fine-tuning

8. Free Demo and Trial

Our online demo at superchat.in/demo.php is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes. The demo:

• Runs entirely in your browser using WebGPU technology
• Is limited to the models and features available in the demo environment
• May be subject to usage limits (message count, model size)
• Is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Superchat provides its services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superchat LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kottayam, Kerala, India. For US-based matters, the laws of the State of Wyoming shall apply.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
